HomeLab Mail AI is a private, self-hosted Gmail automation used by a single authorised account owner.
The application accesses Gmail only after the account owner explicitly grants permission through Google OAuth. The requested Gmail permission may allow the application to read message metadata and content and to apply recoverable mailbox actions such as labels, archive, and Trash.
Gmail data is used only to classify messages, apply the account owner's configured mailbox rules, verify those actions, and maintain local audit records needed for safe operation and rollback.
Processing and operational records are kept on privately controlled systems used by the account owner. Gmail content is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.
The account owner can revoke Google access at any time through Google Account security settings. Local operational records can also be removed by the account owner. The automation is designed to use recoverable Gmail actions and does not rely on permanent message deletion.
OAuth credentials and automation data are restricted to the account owner's privately controlled systems. Access is limited to what is required to operate the automation.
For questions about this private application, use the developer contact address displayed on its Google OAuth consent screen.
