HomeLab Mail AI is a private, self-hosted application intended solely for use by its authorised account owner.
The application assists with Gmail classification and mailbox management according to rules configured by the account owner.
Use of Gmail features requires explicit Google OAuth authorisation from the account owner. Access can be revoked at any time through Google Account security settings.
The application is provided for personal use without warranties of uninterrupted availability. The account owner remains responsible for reviewing configuration and maintaining backups or recovery procedures appropriate to their use.
Use of Gmail data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The service does not sell user data or make the application available as a public email service.
These terms may be updated when the private automation or its Google integration changes.
